iMomscare 3-Day Exchange Policy

 

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, we're here to help. Please review our policy below.


 

1. Exchange Period

 

You have 3 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange.


 

2. Eligibility for Exchange

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same perfect condition you received it.

  • Original Packaging: It must be in its original, unopened packaging with all tags, accessories, and freebies intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must have a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for feeding items, pacifiers, breast pumps, thermometers, or any item that has been used or opened. Sale items are also considered final sale and cannot be exchanged.


 

3. How to Request an Exchange

 

To start an exchange, please contact us immediately with your order number and a clear description of the issue.

Our team will guide you through the next steps, including providing the address for the return.


 

4. Shipping for Exchange

 

The customer is responsible for the courier charges to send the item back to our warehouse. We will cover the shipping costs to send the new, exchanged item to you.


 

5. Processing Your Exchange

 

Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions above. Upon approval, we will promptly ship the replacement item to you.
